Q  What are Shoe Sprinkles?
A  Custom canvas slip-on shoes that express who you are and what you love. Please read more about us here.

Q  Are Shoe Sprinkles decorated with paint?
A  No, we do not apply paint to our shoes. We developed techniques and equipment to transfer images onto canvas footwear.

Q  Are Shoe Sprinkles designs waterproof?
A  Yes, the designs are waterproof (but the canvas shoes are not).

Q  How do I clean my Shoe Sprinkles?
A  First, try cleaning them with just a damp cloth. For more stubborn stains, apply a very small dab of mild dish soap with your finger. Then, rinse very gently and pat dry with a soft towel.

Q  What size should I order if I typically wear a half size?
A  Every foot is unique, but we generally recommend going up to the next full size. Please take a look at our sizing guide.

Q  My Shoe Sprinkles do not fit as I expected, what can I do?
A  We can help fix that in a jiffy. If your Shoe Sprinkles are a bit tight or a bit loose, here are simple solutions for a perfect fit.

Q  If I don't have an account with Shoe Sprinkles, can I still make a purchase?
A  Yes, you can checkout as a guest (if you wish, you'll be able to create an account during the checkout process).

Q  What methods of payment does Shoe Sprinkles accept?
A  Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, etc), PayPal and Apple Pay.

Q  What is the return policy?
A  Since all our shoes are customized, we are not able to resell returned merchandise. That makes returns a bit tricky. Please see our return policy

Q  How long will it take to get my shoes?
A  It takes up to four days for us to customize your shoes. Then, there's shipping time. Depending on your location, shipping to any destination in the U.S. takes between one and four days (extra time is needed if we are shipping to Canada). Please see additional shipping details here.

Q  Is shipping free?
A  Yes, shipping is free to anywhere in the U.S. ($12 to Canada). Please find out more about shipping here.

Q  Can you expedite my order?
A  No, sorry. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Q  Do you ship internationally?
A  Currently, we ship exclusively to the U.S. and Canada.
