Q  Are Shoe Sprinkles decorated with paint?
A  No, we do not apply paint to our shoes. We developed techniques and equipment to transfer images onto canvas footwear.

Q  Are Shoe Sprinkles designs waterproof?
A  Yes, the designs are waterproof but the canvas shoes are not.

Q  How do I clean my Shoe Sprinkles?
A  First, try cleaning them with just a damp cloth. For more stubborn stains, apply a very small dab of mild dish soap with your finger. Work in gently. Then, rinse and pat dry with a soft towel.

Q  What size should I order?
A  Every foot is unique, please take a look at our sizing guide.

Q  My feet are narrow, what size should I order?
A  Currently, we do not make Shoe Sprinkles for narrow feet (our shoes are exclusively for regular width feet).

Q  My feet are wide, what size should I order?
A  Currently, we do not make Shoe Sprinkles for wide feet (our shoes are exclusively for regular width feet).

Q  My Shoe Sprinkles do not fit as I expected, what can I do?
A  If your feet are regular width, we can take care of that. If your Shoe Sprinkles are a tad tight or a bit big, here are simple solutions to guarantee a perfect fit for regular width feet.

Q  If I don't have an account with Shoe Sprinkles, can I still make a purchase?
A  Yes, you can checkout as a guest. If you wish, you'll be able to create an account during the checkout process.

Q  What methods of payment does Shoe Sprinkles accept?
A  Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, etc) and PayPal.

Q  What is the return policy?
A  Since all our shoes are customized, we are not able to resell returned merchandise. That makes returns a bit tricky. Please see our return policy. 

Q  How long will it take to get my shoes?
A  It takes up to four days for us to customize your shoes. Then, there's shipping time. Depending on your location, shipping to any destination in the U.S. takes between one and four days. If we are shipping to Canada, it takes a bit longer. Please see additional shipping details here.

Q  Is shipping free?
A  Yes, shipping is free to anywhere in the U.S. Shipping to Canada is $9. Please find out more about shipping here.

Q  Can you expedite my order?
A  No, sorry. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Q  Do you ship internationally?
A  Currently, we ship exclusively to the U.S. and Canada.
