Because each and every pair of Shoe Sprinkles are customized, all sales are final and may not be altered or cancelled (so please be extra careful, and double check everything before finalizing your order).

Returns are tricky because customized merchandise cannot be resold or restocked.

If you're thinking about returning your Shoe Sprinkles because they do not fit as you expected, we can help fix that in a jiffy. Whether they're a bit too snug or a bit too loose, we've got simple solutions for a perfect fit.

Our "When Life Gives You Lemons, Make Lemonade" Return Policy

We'd love to have a really liberal return policy, and simply give you a full refund for any returned item. But because our shoes are customized, we are not be able to resell your returned shoes to anyone else. Our accountant told us she'd disown us if we even thought about doing returns.

So, we came up with a creative solution to this dilemma (that our persnickety accountant could live with).

Here's our return policy (applicable for up to 30 days from your delivery date):

If, for any reason whatsoever, you wish to return your shoes, we'll give you a 60% refund. Plus, we'll donate your returned shoes to ClothingDonations.org (a service of Vietnam Veterans of America, their mission is to help veterans and their families).

We know it's not perfect.

You'd probably prefer to get a full refund. But, we hope a 60% refund and the knowledge that you are doing something wonderful for a woman in need (and scoring big karma points), meets with your approval. 

How To Return Your Shoes

IMPORTANT - Please do not mail a return until you have emailed your request and have received a reply with your RA #  ("Return Authorization" number). We are not able to process a return without an RA #.

To make your return process a breeze, just follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@ShoesSprinkles.com to initiate a return. In the email please include your name, order #, and the email address you used to place the order. As long as it is within 30 days of your delivery date, we will email you back with an RA # ("Return Authorization" number).
  • Repackage your shoes and include a piece of paper with the following information: your name, RA #, and order #. You don't have to ship the shoes in the original packaging. 
  • Ship the package to us:

  • When we receive your shoes, we will issue a 60% refund and donate them to someone in need.

Please note, we strongly suggest you hold on to your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned merchandise.

If we make a mistake on your order, we'll remake your shoes as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you (and hope you can forgive us). Email us at info@ShoeSprinkles.com within ten days of receiving your order, and please include a photo of our embarrassing blunder.
