Because each and every pair of Shoe Sprinkles are made-to-order, all sales are final and may not be altered or cancelled once the customization process has started (so please be extra careful, and double check everything before finalizing your order).
Thinking About Returning Your Shoe Sprinkles?
If you have regular width feet and you're considering a return because your shoes do not fit as you expected, don't worry. We can take care of that in a jiffy. If they're a tad tight or a bit big, we've got simple solutions to guarantee a perfect fit for regular width feet.
Our "Good Karma" Refund Policy
We'd love to have a really liberal return policy, and give you a full refund for any returned item. But because all our shoes are customized, we are not able to resell your returned shoes to anyone else. Our accountant told us she'd fire us if we even thought about doing returns.
So, we came up with a creative solution to this dilemma (that our persnickety accountant could live with).
Here's our refund policy (applicable for up to 30 days from your delivery date):
If, for any reason whatsoever, you wish to return your shoes, we'll give you a 50% refund. And, we'll donate your returned shoes to ClothingDonations.org (a service of Vietnam Veterans of America, their mission is to help veterans and their families).
We know it's not perfect.
You'd probably prefer to get a full refund. But, we hope a 50% refund and the knowledge that you are doing something wonderful for a woman in need (and scoring really big karma points), is something you can live with.
How To Return Your Shoes
|IMPORTANT - Please do not mail a return until you have emailed your request and have received a reply with your RA # ("Return Authorization" number). We are not able to process a return without an RA #.|
To make your return process a breeze, just follow these steps:
- Email us at info@ShoesSprinkles.com to initiate a return. In the email please include your name, order #, and the email address you used to place the order. Please make sure to tell us that you are requesting a return. As long as it is within 30 days of your delivery date, we will email you back with an RA # ("Return Authorization" number).
- Package your shoes, in the original box, and include a piece of paper with the following information: your name, RA #, and order #
- Ship the package to us:

- When we receive your shoes, we will issue a 50% refund and donate them to a woman in need (and you get big karma points)
Please note, we strongly suggest you hold on to your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned merchandise.
